Return Policy

Return policy is normally no returns with in one week of the event.  If you need to return your tickets you must call Kristy at 928-830-2462 and explain the reason for the return.  In some cases if it is after the cut off date for returning your tickets, we will sometimes work with you and give you your money back if we can resell those tickets. In the case that it is a food event and we can not resell the tickets we may refund the ticket less the cost of the food.  When in question call us, we will do what we can.

Cancellation Policies

EVENT CANCELLATION
If a event is cancelled, guests will have the option to receive either a cash refund or a future event credit, except food events.


EVENT CHANGE PRIOR TO EVENT or DAY OF EVENT:

If the event change is for reasons within Prescott Jazz Summit exclusive control, guests will have the opportunity to cancel their reservation without penalty prior to the event and within 24 hours of the guest notification, and in such an instance, guests will have the option to receive either a cash refund or a future credit. In the event a guest does not cancel their reservation on a timely basis, no refund of any kind will be available.

Event changes sometimes become necessary for safety, weather or other reasons beyond the control of the Prescott Jazz Summit. If the event change is for reasons beyond Prescott Jazz Summit's exclusive control, including but not limited to safety, security, weather, mechanical breakdowns or problems not known to Prescott Jazz Summit, guests will not be provided any compensation.

FOOD EVENTS

Any event with a food purchase involved, and a guest has to cancel after the event deadline date, there may be a refund for the event charge but not the portion of the food event. Food event values are based on the retail price not the wholesale cost of the food.

 

 

Customer Agrees:  You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent any refund prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact us to seek a refund or exchange from us when we are prohibited from providing one, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be canceled, and we may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
